Complaints regarding  Postal Services,   which  are  not  settled  within  6 weeks will be  entertained   in the Dak  Adalat.    The  complaints   relating  to Mumbai GPO  i .e Mails,  Speed Post   Counter
Services,  Savings Bank,    Non payment of Money  Orders  will be entertained.  Complaints  from  persons  should be accompanied  with the date, name and designation of officers to whom  original  complaint  was  addressed.   Interested customers  may send  their  complaints  regarding  Postal  Services,  in duplicate  to  Shri N S Waghmare,  Dy.Director P O (PRO)  Office of the Director,  Mumbai GPO   Mumbai   on or before   17.02.2004.  Complaints  received  thereafter will  not  be entertained.
